At Nexoovia, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our premium smart home appliances and essentials. Because we deal directly with certified products, our return policy is strictly structured as follows:

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Defective or Damaged Items Only: We only accept returns for products that arrive defective, broken, or damaged during transit.

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the recorded date of delivery to report a defective product and request a return. Requests made after this 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • No Exchanges: Please note that we do not accept product exchanges under any circumstances. If your product is defective, it will be eligible for a full refund or a direct functional replacement.

  • Condition for Return: The item must be returned in the same physical condition as received, complete with its original factory packaging, power cords, accessories, and user manuals.

2. How to Initiate a Defective Return

  1. Report the Issue: Email our support team at movementoasis2@gmail.com within 48 hours (and no later than 14 days) of delivery.

  2. Provide Evidence: You must include your order number and clear photographic or video evidence showing the defect or damage.

  3. Authorization: Once verified, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions.

⚠️ Important: Returns sent back to our facilities without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Products: For verified defective, broken, or incorrect items, Nexovia will fully cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label.

  • Change of Mind: Since we exclusively accept returns for defective items only, we do not support returns or refunds for changes of mind or accidental orders.

4. Refunds and Processing

  • Inspection: Once your returned appliance is received at our distribution center and inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed and triggered within 5–7 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be automatically applied directly to your original method of payment (such as your credit card, Stripe, or PayPal account).
