At Nexovia, we provide fast, secure, and fully insured shipping for our premium smart home appliances and essentials. We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within our covered regions, with no minimum purchase required.

1. Order Processing and Handling

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) / 10:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday.

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase is completed.

  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of the package leaving our distribution center.

2. Shipping & Transit Estimates

To ensure your premium appliances arrive in perfect, factory-sealed condition, we partner with reputable global and local carriers including:

4. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our support team within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
